Your face when there is no water in the sink, but you want to play with it
Sometimes, things can get a little bit confrontative during feeding time. Here, the bristlenose pleco, for who the waver is actually, had just discovered it, but the guppies didn’t want to let it go. The pleco basically lay on top of the waver for a bit, but the combined might of the guppies had him retreat in the end.
Since new years, it has been clear that the time Benni had left was quite limited, and on February 6th, 2013, I had to let him go and put him to sleep. When I visited the vet that day, it was apparent that each additional day would have been just filled with pain for him. Maybe I’ll write something to that whole mess in a future post, but at the moment, that isn’t possible for me, yet.
